Matt Minder Mortgage Planner/Senior Loan Officer Matt entered the mortgage banking industry in 1991.  Since then he has helped thousands of families attain the American dream of home ownership.  All aspects of the mortgage loan process are important, but Matt’s biggest concern is “you” as his client.  This is the reason that so many of Matt’s clients continue to return to him for their financial needs.  According to Matt, “I want the experience of working with me to be enjoyable and rewarding.  A client that feels their wants and needs were met will refer their family and friends, I understand that.”  Matt’s outstanding production and numerous awards can be traced back to one thing – Excellent Service.  Along with his team of assistants and support staff, Matt continues that service.  Matt lives in Maplewood with his wife, Jennifer and their three children, Ben, Grace and Alexander.
